it's raining today on the way to bosra. since the roof is leaking, bus passengers use umbrellas to stay dry during the 90 minute journey. bosra is home the best preserved roman ampitheatre in the world.

masjid umar is considered the third oldest surviving mosque in the world. built during the time of the prophet. it is admired for being muutawadi'a (humble). the golan heights are photographed in the far distance.
